We've learned more details about threats at East Peoria Community High School and the person police say is responsible.East Peoria police and school officials held a press conference Wednesday morning to assure parents the situation is under control. A 15-year-old female freshman was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony disorderly conduct for writing threatening messages in a bathroom on November 3rd and the 17th.
